Treat yourself to something very special:
Holidays in a historic and extraordinary suite with history: In the novella "Das Glück von Rothenburg" (The Happiness of Rothenburg) by the Nobel Prize winner for literature Paul Heise, the Burgsschlösschen was mentioned as the home of an artist. Decades later, the artist Marta Hinckeldey lived there until 1978. The BurgSchlösschen, Rothenburg's smallest hotel, is a small half-timbered house in front of the actual hotel building and connected to it.
The two-storey suite is reached via a narrow staircase. Three bedrooms await you, located on the first and second floor of the BurgSchlössch, a living room, balcony a special bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a breathtaking valley view.

Until 1974, part of the collection of the present Crime Museum was housed here, and the room was used as a museum. From the suite you can go directly outside onto the old city wall, which is part of the hotel terrace.

This particular room is located on the 4th floor and goes over the whole floor. It is not accessible via a lift. Enjoy a spacious bathroom with corner bath and shower. The view from the bedroom goes over the monastery garden and the valley, from the bathroom you look over the rooftops of the city, and a skylight in the dressing area allows you to see far over the valley.
